Asahi launched a leadership conference and development programme to unite its new senior leadership team and introduce a refreshed purpose, mindset, and culture. The challenge was to inspire and energize leaders around the company’s vision, reignite a sense of fun, and empower people to embrace a high-performance, people-first culture. The result was The Academy of Awesome — a creative platform designed as the umbrella for Asahi’s purpose, values, and leadership development work. The initiative included The Day of Dynamite (leadership conference), Lighting Little Fires (employee conference), and an experiential nine-month leadership programme. The design captured Asahi’s bold spirit, creating a dynamic, engaging, and memorable experience that transformed internal energy and connection.
