CONTEXT
As HelloFresh scaled globally, there was a need to support both new and experienced managers with a structured programme that could build confidence, capability and alignment across the business.
CREATION
Working within the existing brand, a playful visual language was developed using custom fruit and vegetable characters to bring warmth and personality to the experience. The system extended across learning materials, internal communications and programme content, creating a distinctive and engaging identity.
IMPACT
The programme became a widely adopted platform across the organisation, with the character system later incorporated into some of HelloFresh’s external brand guidelines.
