CONTEXT
As HelloFresh scaled globally, there was a need to support both new and experienced managers with a structured programme that could build confidence, capability and alignment across the business.
CREATION
Working within the existing brand, a new leadership programme, HelloPeople, was developed alongside a series of playful, word-led learning themes. Bespoke illustrations and custom fruit and vegetable characters created a distinctive visual language, bringing warmth, personality and approachability to the experience. The identity extended across learning materials, internal communications and programme content, creating an engaging and memorable platform for people leaders across the business.
IMPACTThe programme became a widely adopted platform across the organisation, with the character system later incorporated into some of HelloFresh’s external brand guidelines.
