With hundreds of staff spanning engineering, operations and support roles, the challenge was to create a unifying framework that resonated across disciplines and brought a sense of shared purpose to a high-performance environment.

The identity captured the precision and intensity of Red Bull's engineering excellence while celebrating the people behind the performance — creating a platform that spoke as powerfully to the factory floor as it did to the design office.
The new identity was rolled out across the organisation through a launch film introducing the refreshed values, a comprehensive playbook, and a suite of templates for internal communications. Together, these assets created a unifying framework that aligned teams around a shared identity and fostered a deeper sense of belonging across the business.
