CONTEXT
Caleño is a non-alcoholic spirits brand inspired by the sun-drenched flavours and joyful energy of Colombia. Founded by Ellie Webb, the brand was born from a desire to bring fun, flavour, and positivity to alcohol-free drinking.
As the company grew, there was a need to translate this energy into a clear and engaging internal resource — one that could communicate the brand’s story, values, and personality to teams and new joiners.
SOLUTION
Working with the existing identity, a bold and expressive playbook was created to immerse employees in the Caleño world. Through vibrant colour, playful layouts and storytelling, the document captures the brand’s inclusive and optimistic spirit — creating a strong sense of connection and belonging from day one.
